Delete your RepVise account
You can request deletion without signing in to the app.
RepVise is the recovery-coaching mobile application provided by RepVise. This page explains
how to request deletion of your RepVise account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
- In the app (fastest): open Profile, then
Settings, then Delete account.
- If you cannot access the app: email
elevium2026@gmail.com
from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject “RepVise account deletion request”. Do not send health
information, passwords, or payment details by email. We may ask only for the information needed
to verify that you own the account.
What is deleted
After an in-app deletion request, or after we verify an email request, we permanently delete
your account and associated personal data without undue delay. This includes:
- account information, including your name, email address, password credential, and profile photo;
- recovery intake answers, injury and health information, goals, pain/load entries, and progress data;
- recovery programs, scheduled workouts, and related in-app records;
- private messages, uploaded attachments, and AI-consent records; and
- app-linked device and push-notification identifiers, plus the link between your account and
its app-store subscription entitlement.
What may be retained and for how long
- Deletion receipt: a minimal record that the request was completed — its
completion date, status, and a one-way hash of the email address, not the email address itself —
may be retained for up to 5 years to demonstrate compliance and prevent duplicate requests.
- Financial and tax records: where required by applicable law, transaction
and accounting records may be retained for 5 to 7 years. They are separated from the deleted
account where possible and do not retain your recovery, health, chat, or attachment data.
- Store subscriptions: Apple App Store and Google Play keep their own
purchase records under their respective policies. Deleting a RepVise account does not cancel an
app-store subscription; cancel it separately in the store where it was purchased.
