Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 28, 2026

RepVise (“RepVise”, “we”, “us”) provides a mobile application that helps athletes organize recovery with expert-guided, personalized programs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

How we use your information

AI processing

Only after you give separate, explicit permission, relevant intake details, injury information, chat messages, and attachments you choose to upload may be sent to OpenAI or Anthropic. They process this information on our behalf to provide the AI assistant, analyze supported attachments, and prepare draft programs. Every program must be reviewed and approved by a human expert before it is available to an athlete. The data is provided for the requested app functionality, not for advertising.

You can withdraw this permission at any time in Profile → Settings → Legal and privacy. After withdrawal, no new personal data is sent to these AI providers and AI features remain unavailable unless you explicitly consent again.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

Service providers that receive personal data on our behalf are required to protect it to the same or an equivalent standard described in this policy.

Data security

We use safeguards designed to protect information in transit and at rest, and access controls that limit who can view it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account and service information while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account from Profile → Settings → Delete account, including when a subscription or consent screen is displayed. If you cannot access the app, use our account-deletion page. Account records, private conversations, health information, and stored attachments are deleted immediately. A minimized deletion receipt containing a one-way hash and records that law requires us to retain may remain only for the required period. An app-store subscription is controlled by the store and must be cancelled separately in its subscription settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at elevium2026@gmail.com.

Conversation safety

Human chat participants can report objectionable content and block another participant from the conversation safety menu. A block stops further direct communication. We review safety reports and may restrict or remove accounts that violate our rules. Urgent safety concerns can also be sent to elevium2026@gmail.com.

Children

RepVise is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Medical disclaimer

RepVise is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It provides recovery coaching, not emergency care, and does not replace treatment from your clinician. Always follow the guidance of your treating clinician.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
