Why every recovery program needs accountable human review

AI can organize information and prepare a draft. It cannot examine an athlete, provide medical clearance, or take responsibility for a recovery decision.

An AI-assisted draft is never published directly to an athlete. A human expert reviews the proposed exercises, sequence, volume, notes, and available context before approving the program.

Consent before AI processing

AI features are optional. Relevant information is processed only after separate consent, and that permission can be withdrawn. Athletes can still use non-AI parts of the service according to product availability.
