Common questions

• Managing your subscription — subscriptions are handled through the store used to purchase them. Open App Store or Google Play subscription settings to view, change, or cancel.
• Deleting your account — open Profile, Settings, then Delete account. If you cannot access the app, use the account-deletion page. Deletion is immediate. A store subscription must be cancelled separately.
• Privacy — see our Privacy Policy.
• Conversation safety — use the shield button in a human chat to report content or block a participant.

Community safety rules

Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual solicitation, spam, and other abusive or illegal content are prohibited. We prioritize safety reports and may restrict or remove accounts for serious or repeated violations. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services; RepVise is not an emergency service.
