By creating an account or using RepVise, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy.
RepVise is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The app provides recovery coaching and organization tools. It is not emergency care and does not replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified clinician. Seek emergency help when appropriate and follow your treating clinician's instructions.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and use the service lawfully. Do not upload content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, or infringes another person's rights. We may restrict access to protect users or comply with law.
If you buy a digital subscription in the mobile app, payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and receipts are handled by the app store through which it was purchased. Prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Deleting a RepVise account does not cancel an app-store subscription; cancel it in the relevant store's subscription settings.
You may delete your account in the app or use the account-deletion page if you cannot access the app. See the Privacy Policy for deletion and retention details.
